He was incredibly friendly, explained everything clearly, and very honest Matty showed up on time, worked efficiently, and most importantly left the place spotless — no mess, no tools lying around - very true to his word. You could barely tell he’d been there except for the fact that everything now works perfectly.
If you want a plumber who’s skilled, trustworthy, tidy and genuinely nice to deal with, this is the guy. 5 stars all the way — I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs!

Matty was great to deal with. Prompt response to my drainage issues and was onsite in a couple of days. Clear communication throughout the whole process. Matt has come to our rescue TWICE after we had some dodgy plumbing practices as part of a house build. He solved our flooding problems in our back yard and fixed up a bath waste that detached from the tub, leaked down the floor tiles in to the waterproofing and then flooded back up walls in other locations. Called matt with drainage problem. He fitted us in quickly and came when he said he would. He is very proffesional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend matt every time.

Matty came to our house to provide a temporary solution to a blocked drain. I have never seen a tradesman work so efficiently and fast. We booked him in to provide a permanent solution a week later. Again, all the work was done efficiently and to a great standard. He even arranged for the removal of a palm which was outside the scope of his original quote. Nothing was ever too much and he also provided photos of his work for any future need.
We will definitely use Matty again.

Had terrible drainage issues down side of house. Matty and his team installed a whole new drainage system complete with new outlet in kerb. He made the whole process so easy for me as I dont live on site. Yesterday's rain gave the new drain a pretty good test! It really worked very well in heavy downpour. I was astonished at the amount of water coming out that would normally be pooling under the house! Underneath is now very dry thanks to the new drain. Many thanks to Matty, always responsive, quick and efficient, and clearly knows his business.

Matty solved a serious drainage issue that was caused by another trades person. From the moment that I first contacted Drain Masters to when the job was completed, Matty was a pleasure to deal with. Matty came out (11/10/2024) to inspect and clear a blocked stormwater drain. I was really impressed with his work and the thorough inspection of the pipes. He took the time to walk me through everything, explaining each step before completing the job. Good tradesmen can be hard to find, but the Drainmaster team are true professionals—reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Highly recommend their service!

I’ve not ever used this company but I just saw two workers picking up rubbish on the road. It wasn’t even their rubbish but they still picked it up, beautiful work guys ☺️

Matt was great from the initial call and thru to the completion of the job. Great communication with an updated arrival time. Blocked sewer pipe (tree roots) quickly got eliminated and everything was back 💯 in under an hour. Cleaned and disinfected outside the house before left. Sent through the pipe camera photos of the blockage too. Thanks Matt

Matty, owner of Drain Masters plumbing, has completed 3 days work at my place, solving the huge drainage issues that have been present for a number of years; water run off from side and rear neighbours, on top of heavy clay. They did a brilliant job on a project that was bigger than they expected, yet they still finished on time. I give them 5 stars, and highly recommend them. They even rebuilt the retaining wall with proper drainage included.
