I checked out Matt by his reviews, and I can see why he gets so many good ones because he is good at his job , he sorted a major problem that I had with the front of my house flooding, he even lent me a pump to help with the problem till it could be sorted out what a champion thanks Matt

Matty solved a serious drainage issue that was caused by another trades person. From the moment that I first contacted Drain Masters to when the job was completed, Matty was a pleasure to deal with. His communication, work ethic and attention to detail was excellent. If you want to get your drainage issues sorted, I would thoroughly recommend calling Matty at Drain Masters.

Matty came out (11/10/2024) to inspect and clear a blocked stormwater drain. I was really impressed with his work and the thorough inspection of the pipes. He took the time to walk me through everything, explaining each step before completing the job. Good tradesmen can be hard to find, but the Drainmaster team are true professionals—reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Highly recommend their service!

I’ve not ever used this company but I just saw two workers picking up rubbish on the road. It wasn’t even their rubbish but they still picked it up, beautiful work guys ☺️

Matt was great from the initial call and thru to the completion of the job. Great communication with an updated arrival time. Blocked sewer pipe (tree roots) quickly got eliminated and everything was back 💯 in under an hour. Cleaned and disinfected outside the house before left. Sent through the pipe camera photos of the blockage too. Thanks Matt

Matty, owner of Drain Masters plumbing, has completed 3 days work at my place, solving the huge drainage issues that have been present for a number of years; water run off from side and rear neighbours, on top of heavy clay. They did a brilliant job on a project that was bigger than they expected, yet they still finished on time. I give them 5 stars, and highly recommend them. They even rebuilt the retaining wall with proper drainage included.

We had Ned come out and unblock our drain. He managed to fit us in a couple hours after our call. He came and explained everything to us and showed us exactly where the blockage was and he completed the job quick. Ned was very polite and cleaned the whole area before he left. On first meeting Matt I liked his upfront and helpful ideas as deciding to use them. Meeting Ned on day of construction he was on time as was his operator.
Parts of Acacia Ridge is black clay which created quite a challenge as soil was deemed useless. The boys came up with a solution that we could use which was great. Speedy skip bins destroyed a section of footpath drove over brand new concrete ( Headache), But Matty and Ned had no issues in repairing the damage they (speedy bins) caused they were so professional about the issue kept us informed and went beyond.
I would totally recommend these boys, Ned’s attention to details in his plumbing skills was a pleasure to watch he was very particular in levels ect. When finished job site all washed down including the road. Well done guys we will be using you again for other projects.
